We have and represent a client, who wishes to remain anonymous. They
are considering setting up their own communication system and manufacture
plants to produce units that are similar to your i and your blackberries 7520.
Whether or not they proceed depend upon two variables. Can you fill their
order(s) and can we negotiate a mutual and rewarding contract?

5) What would be your airtime cost, per x units, breakdown?
Sprint/Nextel/Motorola, when you have answered the above concerns to their
satisfaction, our clients would like to possibly consider this offer: they are
willing to consider giving you a contract for 2-7 billion i and/or Black
Berries 7520 over the next 3 years; if you each would consider buying 10 minutes
advertising/sponsor-ship time for our first Show on our new international
broadcast network. Your cost, because of the anticipated media share expected,
is $1 billion each, or collectively $3 billion for 30 minutes. We also, will consider
giving you partial sponsor-ship of our Show and the $3 billion marketing campaign.
The above can be in a letter of credit, stock options, letter of commitment and/or cash.
Our new international broadcast network is to be a web/cable/satellite based network.
Our web site is already opportune with broadcast capabilities. We are in negotiation
with the cable and satellite companies. One of the conditions for having your own 24
hour cable/satellite station, is to obtain per-advertisement sales of a specify amount.
Our network goal is to broadcast 80% MOUS and 20% Special Interest Programming,

Their broadcast minutes cost is based on the USA TV Broadcast minutes schedule.
Every 60m media share advertising cost is $1m. Since we are expecting 2-3b,
plus 2b min, radio listeners, we have decided to double the price to 2m for every 60m,
for our first Show. Our client is expecting a media share, for their first Show, to be
a minimum of the amount that watch the Soccer Finals; which is a 2 billion media
