capability to serve our clients any place on Earth, during our pre-post Underwriting Show
needs. Therefore, how can you advertisers and sponsors have a parameter of our show
demographics for your decision making process? We figured the preliminary format that we

Note: Our classes and events are taught and scheduled for 24 hours, and 7 days week
broadcasting. Times, days of our classes and event shows are determined in continuous test

Currently we are considering leasing a 24-hour station from Time Warner and using satellite
capability for international broadcasting. As new producer of Manhattan Cable Network, we
have options, like the name of all owners that have broadcast licenses that are available in
the marketplace. Either way, we may build our own station for production.
Introduction to Our Classes and Events Shows
Obviously, there are other economies that need our classes and events shows also; your
country may need something entirely different. For example, becoming computer savvy is an
American Economy’s need, but it is not an Asia Economy’s need. Of the 1 plus
billion Asians, how many of them are possibly intermediately computer trained and how many
of the remaining percentage is currently in the process of being intermediately educated?
Probably, more than half. Their masses priority economic need happens to be expedient
prolific, training of English. You see, of Asia’s 1 billion plus, only an unacceptable
amount of them, speak English. One of their economic goals is to get as many of them
speaking acceptable, diversified venue English as soon as possible. The fact of the matter is,
it makes good business sense, especially when dealing with America, a country that is 1/5 of
the Earth’s population and handles/governs/spends and uses 50% of the international
marketplace, goods and services.
So one may say they are the answer to our 1 billion new economic computer/professionals
needed. There are a few concerns with that possibility…….Let us examine those concerns.
The thesis of this area of our marketing campaign is 1 billion… new computer/professionals,
obviously, with other qualifications. One of our un-specified qualifications is, they all must
speak English. Some other characteristic/issues of the group are…..they cannot all function
from one place on Earth.
Therefore, how many of Asia’s 1 billion plus, will want to relocate, leave their current
jobs, and can those jobs be replaced and the progressive economy needs met….Also, can
enough of them learn English and the Angel/Secretary course/curriculum to satisfy the
economy’s new requirements, in our time fame etc? It just so happens the only action
we, the people on Earth, have to effect…in the Earth’s Economy to get a response, is to
perform an action, or market a request. So, our marketing campaign action/request is, â
€œwe have need for 1b new English speaking etc…computer/professionals within the next 6
months, and we will give everyone on Earth, their own Angel/Secretary and staff possibly
free, but only if 1b of us, make that request a reality…… So now, People On the Earth, you
know some of our benefits, and what is expected from each one of us to reach our Mankindâ
€™s Agenda(s). Therefore, are you going to do your part…your shareâ€�? We will issue
the request and to observe the Angel/Secretary development. If one culture steps up and
fulfills our request, as far as we are concerned, the request has been filled. We, at The P.O.
W.E. Co. prefer diversified cultures, filling all positions, but only time will demonstrate what
is to be. We are going to do what is necessary to try to get our manpower requirement from

> There are no time limits on our courses, classes and
curricula. They are repetitious/continuously taught. So,
when you think your skills qualify you for our testing
procedure, you may register for our testing procedure.
> Our Angel/Secretary curriculum is under our guide lines only,
and in order to have the layers of education we require, you must
watch our shows or visit an Authorized Schools or Centers. For

> If the place is not on our Web Site, the education procedures are
not ours and not accepted.
> Our educational and hiring procedures for becoming/being an
Angel/Secretary Staff or any other position under jobsite on this Web Site.
> Outside testing (people not tested by our approved schools or centers)
will not be registered, hired or entered into the International Registry without testing from our
system. When you decide on a school ask them have they been approved to teach our students,
if they have not ask them to call us for approval.
The Supplemented Grant Program:
Because it is so important that all receive this training, we have provided
a grant program to assist those that find our fees still not affordable.
To qualify:
You must be single making under $7,000 American Dollars
You must be on a fixed income
You must be married in a household where the total income for:
· 1 or no children=under $16,000
· 1-3 children=under $25,000
· 2 or more children= under $35,000
You must submit:
· Copies of your last 3 pay stubs
· Copies of last year’s income tax return
· Copy of budget letter or its equivalent.
Att: Entrepreneur and off the books workers:
Submit $300.00 and your social security number, if you made less than $25,000 US.

Note: Our actual internet broadcast schedule is listed. But to optimized your convenient we
would like for you to submit your preferred class times.
Our Shows and Center’s teaching time preference is 90 minutes to 3
hours. But put in the time that you know is good for you, even if it’s
"A.A.S.T.� (American Average Show Time(s)); which is 7 programming
minutes and 3 minutes advertising time. You can express your desire for
A.A.S.T. in the following manner.
Ex: Time 1-1:30a. This would mean 1/2 hour of teaching from 11am-1:30am and no
breaks. Or, 1-1:30 a/2/3, which would mean, am/2
breaks, 3 minutes. Because we anticipate training many, we have chosen the average 45
minutes that are offered at the average American library. We do this so those that do not
have a computer at least can get one class a day.

> There are no time limits on our courses, classes and
curricula. They are repetitious/continuously taught. So,
when you think your skills qualify you for our testing
procedure, you may register for our testing procedure.
> Our Angel/Secretary curriculum is under our guide lines only,
and in order to have the layers of education we require, you must
watch our shows or visit an Authorized Schools or Centers. For
training venues, visit our New Web Site.
> If the place is not on our Web Site, the education procedures are
not ours and not accepted.
> Our educational and hiring procedures for becoming/being an
Angel/Secretary Staff or any other position under jobsite on this Web Site.
> Outside testing (people not tested by our approved schools or centers)
will not be registered, hired or entered into the International Registry without testing from our
system. When you decide on a school ask them have they been approved to teach our students,
if they have not ask them to call us for approval.
The Supplemented Grant Program:
Because it is so important that all receive this training, we have provided
a grant program to assist those that find our fees still not affordable.
To qualify:
You must be single making under $7,000 American Dollars
You must be on a fixed income
You must be married in a household where the total income for:
· 1 or no children=under $16,000
· 1-3 children=under $25,000
· 2 or more children= under $35,000
You must submit:
· Copies of your last 3 pay stubs
· Copies of last year’s income tax return
· Copy of budget letter or its equivalent.
Att: Entrepreneur and off the books workers:
Submit $300.00 and your social security number, if you made less than $25,000 US.
How do I apply?
Send us a letter explaining your circumstances,
along with proof.
Enclose a stamped, self addressed envelope and
we will consider your request.

Note: Our actual internet broadcast schedule is listed. But to optimized your convenient we
would like for you to submit your preferred class times.
Our Shows and Center’s teaching time preference is 90 minutes to 3
hours. But put in the time that you know is good for you, even if it’s
"A.A.S.T.� (American Average Show Time(s)); which is 7 programming
minutes and 3 minutes advertising time. You can express your desire for
A.A.S.T. in the following manner.
Ex: Time 1-1:30a. This would mean 1/2 hour of teaching from 11am-1:30am and no
breaks. Or, 1-1:30 a/2/3, which would mean, am/2
breaks, 3 minutes. Because we anticipate training many, we have chosen the average 45
minutes that are offered at the average American library. We do this so those that do not
have a computer at least can get one class a day.
