Re: The N.Y.C. M.T.A. Show & My Business Plan to possibly sell every vehicle
you and all others can produce over the next three to seven years, with a
possible contract.
Introduction:
This is a formal request for the ordering of the first customized 5,000 Class A,
and B's, for The New York City M.T.A. The fleet can include restored vehicles;
nothing over two old years, initially. This fleet is to be in New York City by
June 5th 2013. If you cannot deliver the entire fleet, how many can you?
The following is what we said to Mr. Ron Anderson, now we are saying it to
anyone with the abilities to assist in us accomplishing our goal(s).
The exact unit configuration will be specified one to four weeks after The
Elegant Vehicles Sample New York City M.T.A. Show. Initially, I was going to
call all of the Class A, B, and C's manufacturers and invite them to my website.
There they would have been able to read, print and respond to all of the
information in the following paragraphs starting with enclosed. Then I saw you,
Mr. Ron Anderson, on Extreme R.V.s and thought, I do not know these
manufacturers as well as Mr. Anderson, the city would prefer that I had
professional assistance in selecting my vendors and putting on my show, and the
city would prefer to cut one check. Therefore, Sir I'm offering you the order.
If you decline, I would be surprised, considering you do it all; but if you did,
would you recommend someone. Currently, I fail to see this order not enhancing
your probability extremely. But if you find that a service charge is necessary,
access it; I will respect your judgment.
As Trump would say this is huge. Especially, if you continue to be the
centralized manufacturer that I order from for the next several years, while I
implement my Ultri Plush & Safe Transportation System for the remaining cities
of Earth. This could be the largest/project/request that you will possibly be
asked to facilitate. Looking forward to a fun and profitable future.
Enclosed are the variables you are to consider in selling a fleet of your vehicles
to N.Y.C.M.T.A. Ultri Plush & Safe Transportation System: a fleet of elegant
vehicles. Objective: get car owners out of their cars. Fleet anticipated
configuration: 50% Class A's, B's and C's, (R.V.s, Motor homes, 5th Wheelers,
Club Car and Light Travel Vehicles); no campers. 25% Stretched Limousines,
10% High Ended Sedans, (BMWs Mercedes, Roll Royce's, Lexus etc), 5% Sport
Cars and 10% all other vehicles).
However, this is not the first time we have attempted contacting you concerning
this matter. In 2007, I mailed most, if not all, of you an invitation to come to
New York City to attend my Emergency Transportation Summit. You may not
have received yours. I was anticipated presenting my The Ultri Plush & Safe
Transportation System Business Plan of to you. This alternate transportation
system objective is to get the one car-one person system to use my fleet. Your
vehicles are dynamic, elegant, well-engineered, with interior designs so swank
that they supersede many homes. Also, in size, including my N.Y.C. apartment.
My seven year research revealed 100% of the stratified 3,000 people polled said
they would give up their one car for my fleet. Your units/vehicles do not have to
be used for only camping. The implementation of my fleet will maximize the sale
of your vehicles. Also, it will put us in a position to purchase your company if you
ever wanted to sell, partner with me to build a plant on my approximate 200
acres and/or additional coach/unfitting plants. Despite my offer to pay for the
cost of your visit, if you did not agree with my business plan potential, I was
unsuccessful in convincing most of you to attend my summit. Although, I thought
all of the summit variables were opportune, I still incurred some first time
summit problems.
I discovered that some of you do not know about or believe in global warming.
But, some of you not only believed but wanted to facilitate in solving the problem
while maximizing your sales/profit. I considered all aspects of the Summit and
canceled it. I contemplated and decided that if I wanted your full attention and
participation, I would have to present this differently.
Upon my calling and sending a copy of my business plan to Mr. Moloney, of Moloney
Coach builders, he responded by calling me back and saying "I received your
business plan Mr. Powe. I am going to have to take a two week vacation and lay
by the pool, so I can get my head wrapped around this". Two weeks later he
called me back and offered me a partnership in a coach building shop.
In addition, when my attorney and I met with a former mayor's aid and chairman
of N.Y.C. M.T.A., they were impressed to the point that they agreed that
adding a fleet of elegant vehicles to the N.Y.C M.T.A. Fleet would get more car
users to use the N.Y.C.M.T.A. Services. Immediately, they outlined the steps
for selling the system or adding the fleet to The N.Y.C.M.T.A. The chairman
then remarked who knows Mr. Powe? The New York City M.T.A. could become
The Ultri Plush & Safe Transportation System. The fact of the matter is cities
lose millions in federal transportation and energy dollars because they cannot or
do not stop their citizens from using their cars. We are currently
implementation steps to not only sell every vehicle you bring but sell/buy up to
7,500 minimum, for our show in the next six to nine months. We will never try
to contact you again regarding this matter.
The Chairman Instructions:
1. I have to select the manufactures, makes, models, cost and vehicles that I
think would best satisfy the vehicular specified requirement of The N.Y.C.M.T.A.
2. Then, I have to show those units to each borough or significantly advertise
long enough to bring enough of the public to review the units.
3. N.Y.C. Community Boards would have to attend.
4. The public attending reviews must be polled on manufacturers, models, colors,
makes, etc.
5. That information would have to represent enough of the public to form a well
represented public analysis.
6. A high percentage of car owners would have to have favorable responses.
7. I then have to select a community board that would support and sponsor the
plan.
8. The business plan reviews polled at the New Fleet Show would have to be
submitted.
9. The information may need attachments.
10. When the community board is satisfied they will then introduce it to the
NYC Council for review(s), public hearing and funding allocation, etc. At that
time my compensation will be negotiated. The time frame is unknown. It
depends on variables; as early as this year's budget to next year's budget. All
of these steps may not be necessary.
11. Nevertheless, the following options are always available. I, or we, can form
a consortium and apply for a Guaranteed Federal Loan and/or file an I.P.O. for
the acquisition of the initial Fleet.
Variables Considered In Show Room Venue:
Although, I have attended them, I have never promoted/produced an R.V.,
Motor home & Vehicle Show. Therefore, I will rely on your input to satisfy your
needs and make this one successful.
However, I have researched personnel at The Javits Center and other promoters
in the business that have. It seems that after my research I have to find a
location that I think would maximize all of my preferred results.
At this point, that I have done.
I realize that your average shows consist of three days and you pay an average
of three thousand dollars for some of your show space. Having it at the Javits
Center is impossible.
Therefore, it will have to be a mid-town commerce/retail building and that
comes with the following concerns. Although, some potential available spaces
seem to average between $100- $200 a sq. ft. In N.Y.C. some of it can cost
up to $1,500 a sq. ft. and they want a ten-year lease with one year upfront.
However, you can donate your best bid to one of our not-for-profit organization.
All of the possible short-term ground floors allow for a showing of seven to
twenty vehicles; an average of 10,000 sq. ft. Some buildings have more show
space on the second floor. There are approximately eight potential places with
space in NYC. My research shows there are over 100 vehicles manufacturers
and over four hundred makes and models. I recognize that some of you own more
than one plant.
The show for the city must be more than three days or it will have to be moved
to other boroughs. Its advertising budget must be considerable so we do not
have to move the vehicles from borough to borough. Also, my administration cost
must be considered.
We are placing two hundred sales people in the field to market to every business
in mid-town and holding nightly investment meetings.
The initial fleet would serve as a test of an operational fleet; thereby, making it
easier for the city to decide and purchase them. Initially, the fleet could offer
basic unlimited transportation between South Street Seaport and 110th Street
starting at $10.00 a day.
Variables in Participating:
a) Would you want New York City M.T.A. to consider your
vehicles for purchasing?
b) If you do, you must submit a picture of the vehicle(s) and their
species/sheet: weight/height/door span, etc.
c) After you see the space, you must submit your best bid per sq. ft.
for your total space. The best bids would guarantee priority selection of space.
d) Will you be willing to pay for your space and allow your vehicles to remain, as
long as enough sales are generated? If you do that, it will make it easier to
sell your vehicles to investors, other cities, rent/sell your vehicles to the 8
million that lives here, the 40 million that comes here yearly as tourists and the
3 million that come here daily to work. They too like camping, as well as
riding/using and being chauffeured in high-end vehicles.
e) Would you be willing to customize?
Customizing for the Show: R.V.s & Motor homes
> We are interested in reviewing all length vehicles.
> Your front sections can retain their same appointments.

i) Wi-Fi is to be in most vehicles.
j) If your insurance prohibits you from showing your vehicles for more than three
days please inform me of that fact.
