*Accomplishments: Expanded the vocabulary of inter-city students. Instructed them
on how to think, using inductive/deductive logic. The principal was in attendant for that
lesson session. He was amazed how these 6 graders jumped out of their seats and ran to
the first row of seats after I announced the lesson for the hour. Also, he couldn't believe how
they assisted in selecting the topic and analyzed it professionally. His remark to me was,
"Mr. Powe don't you think that was too soon for 6 graders"? My response was, "I didn't learn
how to think until I was in college. I don't think it is never, too soon to learn
how to think". "I think that is the first subject that should be taught to first graders"; If not at
home.

Positions: System Analyst, Programmer, Marketing Rep., A Main Framer, An International
Analyst and began an Intercity Tour of I.B.M. Cleveland Programs and Facilities for
students.
*Accomplishments:
1) I was the leading force in restructuring change in an I.B.M. Training Facility & dress code
2) The founder of I.B.M., Thomas J. Watson, named me "I.B.M.'s Ro Powe" within my first
year at I.B.M.
3) I Sold the first system 3 within two days of announcement; the founder was overheard
saying "how about that I.B.M. Ro Powe, selling it before we can get it out of the
door".
4) My dress style at I.B.M. was not conventional; after I sold the first System 3, the founder
issued a new statement; wear what you want as long as your clients approve
5) Started the design of the debit card system at I.B.M. with AT&T
When I decided two leave I.B.M. Chicago, after three years the founder send the Head of
Benefit for I.B.M to my home from Armonk N.Y. to offer me anything I wanted to stay, within
reason. When I felt the founder was heard saying, I never thought he would leave, and if he
did it would be to start his own company".
Other Accomplishments
6) I designed The Low Jack System for my new transportation system
7) I designed The 311 Call System for The City of New York.
8) I challenged The Medical Professional System for the efficacy of doctors placing their
finger inside of you after your PSA Test report the breakdown of your cancel. Within two
months The Medical Journal responded with “There is no reason to continue that testing
after a positive breakdown".

Started Research/Testing/Developing/Benchmarking Operations for The New
Economic System
a) Trained & supplied the D.C. Metro area with skilled housing workers
b) Offered the contract for the hiring and training of the labor needs for Metro D.C.
c) Spent about two years researching every division of the U.S. Federal Agencies in D.C.
d) Met & discussed the outline of the new economic system with Mr. Basil, from the
Department of Commerce,he gave me the technical grant papers for the writing of a
business plan so the jobs/business opportunities could start to be realized
e) I then when to Capitol Hill and presented my new outline of the new economic system to
about A stratified 30% of Congressman. They all said the same words to me "In order for us
to approve finance for your business plans get 51% of the Neighborhood Groups votes & we
will approve finance; because if that is what you people want, we will give it to you, Because
that is what we do". In other words, when we present our new/social/political/monetary
system they will approve the financing etc.
f) When I researched The U.S. Treasury Department, I found that we could request any
amount of money we wanted in form of a Guaranteed Loan or Grant to underwrite
Heavenism, The New Economic System. We had to have a well researched business
plan, preferable ratified. It had to justify the possibility of the money generating 10%
each year. Three percent to The Treasury Department, 3% to the bank and 3% for our
profit with a 1% miscellaneous possibility until the loan was totally repaid. This process is the
only way an economic system add money to its economy/our pocket(s). My Business Plans
follow those guidelines
g) When I took it to The White-House and ask to meet with President Ford, I was referred to
his staff. When the President and staff heard and read my outline, The White House
remarked; "take it to Wall Street New York for financing Mr. Powe"
h) When I arrived in N.Y.C. and met with Don King, the boxing promoter, he said, "It looks like
you have the answer to the world's problems". He invested some funds, set a meeting for
me with his Wall Street Law Firm, who said "we have to I.P.O. this". Also, a meeting was set
for me with his Fifth Avenue Marketing Firm, who remarked "this has to be shot out of a
cannon". Don then invited me to a Muhammad Ali's Press Conference so I could learn how
to command the press. His parting gift was "when it comes to this New Economic System,
you can always use my name".

A) Second in charge of the entire Chelsea Piers Space
b) Operated from one block loft and owned: eight stretch limousines, two NY Yellow
Cabs, a van, Furgazys Franchise(s): Stretch/Sedans, and developed for my Stretched
Limousine Service, The Cuisine Limousine and its, Champagne, Candlelight,
Limousine Cuisine (hor d'oeuvres-Seven course meals, w/a service technician while riding
any place)
c) Also, during this time I was awarded the 500,000 sq. ft. Greyhound building by the
Greyhound Family at 40th & 11 Avenue to develop. Lost it to Silverstein Properties,
sent him a Silver Tray Proposal but it was sold to The Javit's Center. The building
management team was Wakefield & Cushman; Wakefield and Cushman restored my
development/management rights; soon after The Javit's Center started their development as
new owners
d) The Port Authority asked me to develop 40 floors of The WTC. They had been empty for
Seven years. They wanted to know why? I decided to design them a marketing plan,
instead of developing the 40 floors, they were rented within 7 months after my presentation
e) Started to design The LoJack System.
