Introduction:
We are searching for east coast R.V. Dealerships to honor/participate in this, a formal request, for the initial
order for a fleet of customized Class A’s, for now and B’s, C’s Travel lites and 5th Wheelers later; also, for
now a fleet of stretched limousines and elegant cars/vehicles for The New York City M.T.A. This fleet is to
be in New York City as soon as possible. You have possibilities in the marketplace; vehicles that are
restored and/or personal owned vehicles can be acceptable. How many can you offer and how soon?
I am Roosevelt Powe. I am a Head/Master/Chief/Field Economist authorized to inform and perform the
following developments. New York City would like to add a fleet of elegant vehicles to its M.T.A. Services
in order to get more funds from The U.S. Federal Department of Transportation. The protocol is the
more cars a city removed from its streets the more funding it receives. Your Class A's and some of your
other vehicles are dynamic, elegant, well-engineered, with interior designs so swank that they supersede
many homes in style and size; including my N.Y.C. Apartment. Research revealed 100% of the
stratified 3,000 people polled said they would give up their one car for this fleet.
Your vehicles do not have to be used for only camping and/or for those who can afford them. The initial
order would be a minimum of 200-3,000 units of all groups as soon as possible.
The N.Y.C.M.T.A. Chairman Instructions:
1. One of my law firms and I met with a former N.Y.C.M.T.A. Chairman. I presented the outline of my Ultri
Plush & Safe Transportation System Business Plan to rid N.Y.C. and others cities of 70% of its cars.
His remarks were “I agree Mr. Powe, not only will a system like yours get rid of a lot of cars, but who knows
The N.Y.C.M.T.A. may be come known as The Ultri Plush & Safe Transportation System. But first you have to
start with getting a community broad to sponsor you”. My option was to wait for m.t.a. to hire someone to do
what I can get done faster.
2. I have to select the dealership(s), manufactures, makes, models, cost and vehicles that I think would best
satisfy the vehicular specified requirement of The N.Y.C.M.T.A. and my System.
3. However, I may have to show those units to each borough or significantly advertise
long enough to bring enough of the public to review the units at a showroom or expo.
4. In conclusion whether we, N.Y.C. M.T.A. or you go for the funding these are the necessary procedures to get
the funds for your Ultri Push & Safe Transportation System placed in the city’s budget.
Current Status:
We have done what we are suppose to do, but we can not do more until we
have:
a) selected dealerships
b) Know how many vehicle/cars are available
c) When they can be delivered
d) Know the possible options
e) Have some agreement in place
f) Properly organized as a group
g) Have met with the necessary political groups and entities
h) All dealerships, their manufacturers & service providers must be
on record, reviewed, researched and approved
i) A vehicle show maybe necessary
A vehicle Showroom or expo will give the public a chance to decide on what vehicles they prefer,
approve, support, invest, join, speed-up and secure the funding possibilities. Therefore, when you visit
us we may look at some possible spaces
j) Etc.
Our Offer to You:
Therefore, if you believe that you possess the necessary capability and desire then this is what is necessary to
sell to me the initial fleet for The M.T.A. of New York City. Also, after speaking with U.S. Congressman Charles
Rangel maybe to the nation because we, The U.S., has a Mankind’s Agenda Initiative and a
Climate Control Initiative to accomplish. We would like to have on the Streets of NYC a minimum of 200-3,000 of
all Class unites by Feb. 1st 2015; but you and all the manufactures that you represent
- must come to NYC as soon as
- to be introduced to the N.Y.C. Borough President’s Office & The U.S. Congressman’s Office
- \we then must sit down and over brunch and discuss and organize ourselves for our next meeting with The
N.Y.C. Borough President, Mayor, NYC City Council, The U.S. Senator and who
ever else they deem necessary.
- if you want to sell me a fleet or some units for this and/or other cities, you must participate in this process
with me. Its called engaging the political system for funding before it can be in
the/a city's budget; and there is more to learn and discuss at our brunch.
First Meeting Variables:
However, getting money from this course of action can take longer than our premier date. Our options are
to:
≥ I.P.O. the initial fleet (of which you may be able to participate)
≥ use my investment group(s)
≥ implement the system and let the political system funding subsidize the fleet or the entire operations
Irrepectfully, we are opportune for all contingencies for our delivery date; but we still need that initial meeting with

In order for me to consider buying any unites from you we must be organized and I need full information about
your inventory, capabilities, prices, documented agreements etc. You must be an identified, documented,
dealership/manufacture of record before I can include you in my budget and/or grant proposal. I will not buy from
