If your products/services/skills/talent do not create the minimum we list for your dividend/share at the end of the year, and you performed task for us we will make up the different. Ex: You list That you sell neck ties. We buy from you your neck ties. You chose not to perform a task for us. At the end of the year, you are only entitled to what you earned in selling your neck ties. If you earned our minimum or more for your status, we will not be obligated to subsidy your income with an income/dividend/share/grant; because we brought enough from you to reach our goal for you. But if you chose to perform a task with us also, we will subsidy your income with an income/dividend/share grant. We receive 20% on all brought and sold through us. How must Income Subsidy receive depends on the task you perform, how much you donated, how many is in the family etc. But our bottom line is all families are expected to earn at least 1-$400,000 in the next 3 years.
