¨ We will pay you $75k less per unit, per year of the Compensation Ratio Formula outlined
in Section A in Part I.
¨ We are expected to maintain, gas, house/garage, pay and supply driver(s), and keep the
unit(s) up to the fleet's operational/conduct/dress code.  The insurance and car notes are your
responsibility.

A) All units must have a full inspection and a possible reconditioning from a place we approve,

and operational track record.

make copies if necessary.
