The Amount Covers:
- Membership To Executive Investment Group Of The G8., U.N. & The P.O.W.E.
Initiative Of Mankind's Agendas Now, Program; therefore allowing you to receive
a Registration/Participation Kit of on going I.P.O. possibilities, so you can participate
in the per/per/offers.
- You receive a plate for your office announcing you as a member.
- You r\eceive a base radio or a communication device so you and your fleet can
participate in The Outer-net and The Ultri Plush & Safe Transportation System.
- You receive a one-minute spot for advertising on W.P.O.E. local station.
- You also, receive one line for advertising into The P.O.W.E. Company's & Mankind's
Agendas Now, Program Catalog/Directory.
Additional Possible Cost:
- There could be up to an additional $3,500 cost per unit/radio/registration fee.
- You may be required to place 1-4 additional doors on each unit, at a $5k
average cost, per door.
- By signing this contract/agreement, I agree to the following terms:
- I am a member of The G8, U.N. & The P.O.W.E. Co. Initiative Of Mankind's
Agendas Now, Program with my own Initiative and as such I am obligated to
perform in the actions & goals to obtain Its mission.
- I realize when I sign the none-disclosure sheet, I must and will up hold the terms
and the spirit thereof.
- Committing to the Ultri Plush & Safe Transportation System the units, the amount of units I
indicated, if still in my fleet. When they are no longer in my fleet, and I have not replaced them
within 3 days, I must contact the fleet€™s management and inform them of my intention, or be
subject to a fine. I will agree that if I want to add unit(s) or displacement unit(s) that I have
submitted, I must informed the fleet management, on my letter head, by faxing/mailing within
3 days of obtaining or displacing the unit(s).
- Both parties are combined to all terms with this agreement.
- I recognize that I have the right to commit more unit(s), if I prefer.
- I am responsible for honoring/upholding the terms outlined here, within.
- All my concerns have been negotiated and I am satisfied.
- If, The P.O.W.E. Co. miss any 1 month payment within a given year,
I have the right to remove my unit(s) from the fleet with the expectation of the payment being
forthwith within that year with a 20% interest for the late payment and placing them back into the
fleet, is my call
- I reserve the right to have my contract options picked up.
- I am entitled to a 1-3 month update of I.P.O's/services/products/opening date etc.
- If, within 6 months to 1 year from the date I signed this agreement and/or my registration fee is
negotiated by the The P.O.W.E. Co., the fleet had not commenced and/or I have not be informed
of an alternate date, I have the right to return all of my registration items in their same boxes and
conditions in which they were received for a full refund of my Registration Fee.
- I understand that to facilitate and ensure an early and on time opening and to keep the above
privilege, I have to respond to this offer within 3 weeks after the date it was received. If, I fail
to do so, not only do I loose the privilege, fort stated but, I must phone/email/or go to www.
thepowe.com and print out the updated contract, where as new variables may have occurred
without notice.
- II understand that after or before the minimum amount of limousines are committed to the fleet,
registration fee could go up to $300,000 but, what is indicated above is my registration fee.
