INDIVIDUAL CREDIT APPLICATION:
Thank you for your interest in obtaining a charge account with The P.O.W.E./School for Specific
Individual Training. We are pleased to be able to offer you the opportunity to obtain and open an
account, where you can accrue monthly purchases and pay for them with one check on or before
the 15th of the month following purchases or terms otherwise agreed upon. This is not a revolving
account. We are not a lending institution and want to provide only convenience credit.
Your credit application can take up to approximately 3 week to process. We will check your
references and your bank. After all the information is gathered, it will then be forwarded to the
credit committee for review.
ALL PAGES OF THE APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED.
The Authorization of Information sheet is provided for references. Banks and credit
references will only release information with this form attached. Please be sure to fill it out
completely.
Credit Terms:
1. All credit requested for School must be accompany with a $50.00 money order so we may
check your credit.
2. If you are approved, the current terms will be outlined before you receive the loan.
3. Also, you are required to pay a minimum xamount per month on the outstanding debt.
4. That xamount per month is due before the 3rd of each month.
5. There is a $25.00 late fee due if you are more than 7 days late.
6. Currently, there is a 3% interest charge on your outstanding debt.
7. If you pay some and not charge most, there is a 5% charge.
8. Floating percent means it could go up to 7-10% charge.
