Note:
Our offering is based on the statistical data of the average Working Stretch grossing $100k
earnings per year before expenses.
Section A:
Part I:
Our Offering For Limousine Owner(s) Where We Premier Our Initial Fleet.
¨Stretches that cost 60-$100k, that are two years old or less, we offer $200k with a
$25k increment addition pre year, per unit.
¨ Stretches that cost over 100k-$200k, that are two years old or less, we offer $300k
with a $25k pre year increment, pre unit.
¨Stretches that cost over $300k, that are two years old or less, we offer $400k pre
unit with a $25k per unit, per year increment.
Note:
Units that are older than 2 years, if we find them acceptable, will be admitted without
the yearly increments. Rolls Royces and others maybe excluded.
Units That Are A Part Of Section A Part 1:
¨ Owners are expected to maintain, gas, house/garage, supply driver(s), pay insurance
and keep the unit(s) up to operational/conduct/dress of the fleet’s code.
Part II:
If You Agree To The Use Of Your Units In Another Venue, (City, State, And/Or
Country), Our Anticipated Venues & Offering Follows:
Anticipated Venues:
First: New York City 110th St. & South Street Sea Port
Second: China
Third: Japan
Forth: LA. Calif.
Others Considered.
Note:
¨ We will pick up the shipping cost(s).
Part III:
If Your Driver Accompany The Unit:
¨ The compensation formula is the same as in Part I.
¨ Stretches that cost 60-$100k, that are two years old or less, we offer $200k with
a $25k increment addition pre year, per unit.
¨ Stretches that cost over 100k-$200k, that are less than two years old, we offer $300k
with a $25k pre year increment, pre unit.
Stretches that cost over $300k, that are less than two years old, we offer $400k pre unit
with a $25k per unit, per year.
